Oh NO!!!!  It’s another New Year!!!!  And you might be asking yourself just what you did with the last one.

2011 has been a great year for us at the Center. 2012 can be a great year for you at your center.  Making a resolution is a great start to a great life, but you don’t need to wait till New Years or any other special day to start. My partners and I are in a constant state of growth, and recognizing that, we choose to be in a constant state of self-guidance.

Speaking for myself, I am lucky that I have good friends who happen to be very good life coaches.  There are times when I can get a bit frazzled with the myriad choices offered and for a while (hopefully no longer than afternoon) might lose focus as to what I am. Who I am. What I want to be. And how I want to do it.

Lucky for all of us, Life Coaches are available to us no matter where we live or what our goals are. We at the Center want to help every single person become the person they long to be. So, today, the very first day of the rest of your life, we offer some tips.

When thinking about your life and the resolution you wish to make;

  • Be honest about your present life and carefully define your intended future (What and where are you and where and what do you want to be?)
  • Find a compelling reason to achieve it.
  • Figure out what has been keeping you from your goal and find a way through it or around it.
  • Find a good role model.
  • Work on your new life every day.

And if you ever need the support of a co-active coach, please contact us.  One of our greatest goals is to help you achieve yours.

If we do not change direction, we are liable to end up where we are headed.– Chinese Proverb, Confucius attributed
